Free mortgage advice is available if you would like advice in this country about raising money on your UK house. Spanish mortgages can be arranged throughout our offices in Spain during viewing trips (usually cheaper). You will need to supply them with the same kind of information if you were taking out a mortgage in this country (Payslips, Annual Income if self employed, usually two passport photos).

He will make sure everything is in order making the necessary searches and investigations, much the same way as in the UK . He will be recommended by ourselves and will be an English speaking property expert, or if you wish you may use a lawyer of your own choosing.
